- Always speak about your sweetheart with kind words (especially in front of others)

- Minimally, once a week make a "date" with your honey -- even if it is simply a walk around the block.
- Do one of the tasks that your sweetheart really wants you to do.
- Do one of their favorite activities with them, one of their "chores", or trade shoulder/foot massages.
- Spend quality time with each other - read a book together, watch an event/show together, or simply talk to each other

- Do something new together - it helps bring new energy to your relationship
- Leave love notes in their clothes, car, and/or house.
- Go to a favorite restaurant - that is a longer drive than usual - and tell them you love them the whole way.
